For beginners, we recommend our initial Membership Plan. It provides access to gym facilities, where you can go at your own pace.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
No, we offer flexible membership plans with no long-term contracts. Cancel anytime.
Can I try out the gym before committing to a membership?
Give us a call and we'd be happy to accommodate your visit and give you a tour.
Are personal training sessions included in my membership?
Training sessions are not included in monthly memberships, we do offer 30min and 1 hour sessions. Call for more details and pricing.
Do you offer virtual classes or training?
We don't have any virtual classes but we do offer online training programs. Contact us for more details on how to access these services.
